The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board has released notification 04/2026 to recruit for 641 non-judicial positions across Delhi District, Sessions, and Family Courts. Online registrations run from October 6 to November 4, 2026, offering roles for graduates, matriculates, and technical staff across multi-tier written and skill evaluations.

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has issued official notification 04/2026, opening online applications for 641 vacancies across Delhi District and Sessions Courts as well as Family Courts.

The registration window opens on October 6, 2026, at 12:00 noon and closes on November 4, 2026, at 11:00 PM via dsssb.delhi.gov.in.

Overview of Vacancies and Qualifications Eligibility criteria and essential qualifications vary by designation:

  • Senior Personal Assistant: Degree from a recognized university, with a shorthand speed of at least 110 wpm and a computer typing speed of 40 wpm.
  • Personal Assistant: Graduation required, alongside a shorthand speed of 100 wpm, computer typing speed of 40 wpm, and verified computer knowledge.
  • Junior Judicial Assistant: Graduate degree with a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm on a computer.
  • Process Server: Matriculation or higher secondary pass, coupled with driving-related requirements and qualifications specified in the official notice.
  • Peon, Orderly, and Dak Peon: Matriculation or equivalent board pass.

Age Limit and Application Fees

  • Age Criteria: Candidates must be between 18 and 27 years of age. Applicable age relaxations apply for reserved categories according to government norms.
  • Application Fee: INR 100, payable online through SBI e-pay. Women applicants, SC, ST, PwBD, and eligible Ex-Servicemen are exempt from the fee.

Selection Framework The examination structure depends on the selected post code:

  • Senior Personal Assistant & Personal Assistant: Tier I MCQ examination, Tier II descriptive paper, Tier III shorthand/typing skill assessments, and a Tier IV interview.
  • Junior Judicial Assistant: Tier I MCQ, Tier II descriptive exam, Tier III typing test, and an interview.
  • Process Server: Written examination, qualifying driving examination, and an interview.
  • Peon / Orderly / Dak Peon: Written examination followed by a final interview.
